Zinc based phosphating solution is used to phosphatize the surface of steel in the telescopic spray booth, using the bath immersion method. WF phosphating agent is divided into: agent A - bath preparation agent, agent B - additive, and agent C - accelerator.

1.配制槽液：在槽中加入3/4體積的水，每25~30公斤/噸加入A劑，再加入溶于熱水的氫氧化鈉(每0.7公斤/噸)，zui后加水至工作面，確認(rèn)酸度。伸縮噴漆房磷化即將開始時(shí)，每0.5~0.7公斤/噸加入C劑，攪拌均勻備用。

1. Preparation of tank solution: Add 3/4 volume of water to the tank, add agent A every 25-30 kilograms/ton, and then add sodium hydroxide dissolved in hot water (every 0.7 kilograms/ton). After rinsing, add water to the working surface and confirm the acidity. When the phosphating process in the telescopic spray booth is about to begin, add agent C every 0.5-0.7 kg/ton and mix evenly for later use.

2.使用工藝參數(shù)：總酸度18~35分，游離酸度0.5~1.5分，促使2 ~ 3分，溫度35 ~ 45度,浸提時(shí)間5~10分鐘。檢查方法：用水沖洗干燥后磷化膜應(yīng)呈瓦灰色，結(jié)晶細(xì)致，無斑點(diǎn)，未磷化零件表面無氧化物等固體沉積物殘留。伸縮噴漆房磷化后，應(yīng)完全用水沖洗，清洗后，磷化膜應(yīng)迅速干燥。

2. Process parameters used: total acidity 18-35 points, free acidity 0.5-1.5 points, 2-3 points, temperature 35-45 degrees, extraction time 5-10 minutes. Inspection method: After washing and drying with water, the phosphating film should be tile gray, finely crystallized, without spots, and there should be no residual solid deposits such as oxides on the surface of unphosphorized parts. After phosphating in the telescopic spray booth, it should be completely rinsed with water, and the phosphating film should quickly dry after cleaning.

3.磷化液的管理。磷化液連續(xù)使用后，總酸度可用水稀釋。總酸度降低時(shí)，每1.6kg/噸添加B劑可增加1個(gè)點(diǎn)。當(dāng)游離酸增加時(shí)，每0.4公斤/噸添加氫氧化鈉可降低游離酸1分，當(dāng)游離酸降低時(shí)，每6公斤/噸添加B劑可提高1分，游離酸度可上升1個(gè)點(diǎn)。如果浴溫過低或C劑加入過多或B劑加入不足，游離酸度可能會(huì)降到0.4點(diǎn)以下。在這種情況下，每添加0.9kg/噸B劑，游離酸度會(huì)上升0.1個(gè)點(diǎn)。當(dāng)C劑加入量過多時(shí)，可對(duì)伸縮噴漆房彩膜進(jìn)行攪拌或加熱，以加速其自然揮發(fā)。

3. Management of phosphating solution. After continuous use of the phosphating solution, the total acidity can be diluted with water. When the total acidity decreases, adding agent B can increase by 1 point per 1.6kg/ton. When the free acid increases, adding sodium hydroxide every 0.4 kg/ton can reduce the free acid by 1 point. When the free acid decreases, adding agent B every 6 kg/ton can increase the free acid by 1 point. If the bath temperature is too low or too much C agent is added or too little B agent is added, the free acidity may drop below 0.4 points. In this case, for every 0.9kg/ton of agent B added, the free acidity will increase by 0.1 points. When too much C agent is added, the color film of the telescopic spray booth can be stirred or heated to accelerate its natural evaporation.
