塑料、塑膠廢氣:主要成分為塑料、塑膠等粒子受熱加工過程中揮發(fā)出來的聚合物單體,因塑料、塑膠組成成分較為復(fù)雜,廢氣中主要含乙烯、丙烯、苯乙烯、丙烯晴和丁二烯等烯烴類塑料聚合物單體,但濃度普遍較低、風(fēng)量大。涉及企業(yè)主要有塑料造粒企業(yè)、化纖生產(chǎn)企業(yè)、注塑企業(yè)、橡膠生產(chǎn)企業(yè)等,處理方法主要有活性炭吸收、等離子凈化等。

定型廢氣:主要成分為其主要成分為醛、酮、烴、脂肪酸、醇、酯、內(nèi)酯、雜環(huán)化合物、芳香族化合物。涉及的企業(yè)主要為染整企業(yè)、化纖生產(chǎn)企業(yè),通常采用水噴淋處理工藝和靜電吸附式處理工藝。

Fixed exhaust gas: Its main components are aldehydes, ketones, hydrocarbons, fatty acids, alcohols, esters, lactones, heterocyclic compounds, and aromatic compounds. The enterprises involved mainly include dyeing and finishing enterprises and chemical fiber production enterprises, usually using water spray treatment process and electrostatic adsorption treatment process.

化工有機(jī)廢氣:主要由化工企業(yè)排放產(chǎn)生,廢氣成分同化工企業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)的化工產(chǎn)品種類有較大關(guān)系,普遍會(huì)采用冷凝回收及催化燃燒技術(shù)等凈化收集處理方法。

Chemical organic waste gas: It is mainly generated by the emissions of chemical enterprises, and the composition of the waste gas is closely related to the types of chemical products designed and produced by chemical enterprises. Generally, purification collection and treatment methods such as condensation recovery and catalytic combustion technology are used.

印刷廢氣:主要成分為油墨中揮發(fā)出來的甲苯、非甲烷類總烴、乙酸乙酯、乙醇等。涉及的企業(yè)主要為含有油墨印刷工序的企業(yè),主要如包裝品、印花等公司,一般采用活性炭吸附。
