中央式焊煙凈化系統(tǒng)，就是針對(duì)：焊接工位比較多，工序連接緊密，多工序混合加工，且車間內(nèi)部相對(duì)工況比較復(fù)雜的工況而設(shè)計(jì)的。 在車間內(nèi)部中我們采取負(fù)壓吸收方式，每個(gè)捕捉終端將根據(jù)實(shí)際工況，設(shè)計(jì)不同的終端捕捉裝置，既可在打磨工作區(qū)對(duì)面或者側(cè)面（也可以兼而有之）上設(shè)置個(gè)吸風(fēng)罩，也可以直接使用萬向吸氣臂來完全覆蓋整個(gè)工作區(qū)域產(chǎn)塵源。在捕捉裝置的前端還特別加裝了：預(yù)過濾器或者火花阻擋器，以阻止火花吸入除塵器濾筒，確保完全避免可能的火災(zāi)隱患。每個(gè)吸風(fēng)罩(萬向吸氣臂)都將通過主管路和凈化主機(jī)相連接，粉塵通過吸風(fēng)口進(jìn)入主管道，再通過主管道進(jìn)入凈化主機(jī)，并由凈化主機(jī)統(tǒng)一完成凈化。
